Pedagogy is the teacher’s path of action and way to teach i.e. the teaching strategy by considering the individual differences among the students and Navjyoti Public School leads in that. We at Navjyoti Public School Sarkaghat believe that no two students are alike and that is why modifying teaching methodology is very important. When we take a class into action, we believe that while catering to the need of class in general, we can vary and adopt some strategies that cater to the need of an individual student as well. We believe in integrated and inclusive school methods and integrated teaching and one way to ensure that all students are well catered for is keeping the strength of the classes limited. Teachers are well trained and regular teaching workshops are also organised to update the teachers into the recent and the latest methods of teaching adopted all over the world.
